Terms of service.
The short version: you book a job, we do it well, and the guarantee is real. The details follow.
The work
BRIGHTWORK provides exterior cleaning at the address you give at checkout. The scope of a job is what the booked service and size tier describe. If a property is materially different from what was booked — a three-car driveway booked as one-car, say — we will either complete the booked scope or agree a fair adjustment with you before doing anything.
Access and site conditions
- We need working exterior water, access to the surfaces booked, and vehicles moved off them.
- Pets must be kept inside while the crew works.
- Pre-existing damage — cracked slabs, failing paint, brittle shingles — is photographed before work starts and is not something cleaning caused.
Weather, cancellation and refunds
Requested slots are confirmed by text within the hour. Weather moves jobs; we will always contact you before moving one. You can reschedule free up to 24 hours before the window. If we cancel a job rather than move it, you are refunded in full. The seven-day comeback guarantee is part of every job and is described on its own page.
The Seasonal Plan
The Seasonal Plan bills monthly through Whop and covers the visits described on the plan page. You can cancel any time from your Whop account; cancellation stops future billing and any not-yet-scheduled visits, and nothing already performed is clawed back.
