How it works
Walk the job after we leave. If you find a stripe we missed, a spot that didn't lift, or anything that doesn't look the way it should, send a photo or just tell us. We schedule the comeback within seven days of your message, and there is no charge, ever.
What it covers
- Missed areas, visible stripes and uneven finish — always.
- Stains we said would lift and didn't. If we told you a stain might only fade, we said so up front and put it in writing on the job notes.
- Anything we damaged. This almost never happens at soft-wash pressures, but if it does, our insurance handles it like adults.
What it doesn't
New grime is new grime — a storm the day after a house wash can spot windows, and pollen season repaints everything in yellow. The comeback covers our work, not the weather. For keeping surfaces clean all year, that's what the Seasonal Plan is for.
