Company
A small crew that treats your house like a job site.
BRIGHTWORK is an exterior cleaning company serving greater Charlotte. Two-person crews, our own equipment, and the same standard whether the job is a walkway or a whole house.
What we believe
Most pressure washing is done too hard and too fast. High pressure hides bad technique: it strips sealer, furs wood, etches soft brick and blows out paver joints, and the damage shows up months after the truck has left.
We work the other way around. Chemistry does the cleaning and water does the rinsing, at the lowest pressure each surface allows. It takes longer. It is the reason we can put a guarantee on the work.
How a visit goes
- You get a text the evening before, and another when the crew is on the way.
- We walk the job with you first if you're home — or photograph everything before we start if you're not.
- Water comes from your spigot; everything else, including hoses and power, is ours.
- We finish with a walkthrough, or send before-and-after photos the same afternoon.
Licensed and insured
BRIGHTWORK carries two million dollars in general liability cover, and every crew member is background-checked before they ever visit a home. Certificates of insurance are available on request — just ask.
